Quality Control Specialist

Description:

Publicis Digital Experience, a division of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Print Quality Control Specialist 1 to maintain the quality output of all programs, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. The role works directly with the Quality Assurance Manager, Account Teams, and Internal Support Teams to implement and monitor the Epsilon product line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with managers to stay updated on product knowledge.

• Act as a liaison between Program Management and Clients.

• Review program specifications before mailings.

• Proactively research and resolve potential issues using the current program system.

• Maintain an inventory of program samples for the Service Team.

• Monitor program participation numbers and track output quality.

• Inspect output samples, comparing to standards and specifications.

• Perform other duties as needed to support corporate objectives and uphold company values.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma (required).

• Prior knowledge of printing processes.

• Conscientious, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Intermediate computer skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• Flexible and proactive problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related experience.
