Quality Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support testing efforts for a critical application used by pharmacy technicians. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly explain testing outcomes and reasoning to developers—even when incorrect—to drive collaboration and quality improvements.

Responsibilities:
Perform manual and automated testing for pharmacy-related applications.
Collaborate with developers to identify, analyze, and resolve defects.
Design and execute test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Clearly communicate testing results, methodology, and reasoning.
Contribute to application quality through thorough validation and defect prevention.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a testing perspective.

Required Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiables)
Industry background: Health & Wellness / Pharmacy domain experience (CVS, Walgreens, Anthem, UHC, or similar).
Testing tools expertise: Proficiency in automation tools such as Tosca and Selenium.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to document and articulate testing approaches and findings effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Negotiables)
Prior experience in test strategy and framework development.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps processes.
Experience with cloud-based test environments.
