Quality Technician

Acushnet Company, renowned for its iconic golf brands, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team in New Bedford, MA. This role focuses on advancing product innovation and ensuring operational excellence in the production of Tour Select and pilot products. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring process integrity, and achieving on-time delivery of products.

Key responsibilities include coordinating production activities, supporting new product trials, collecting and analyzing process and product data, and conducting trials to identify improvement opportunities. You will also monitor and calibrate laboratory systems, prepare data summaries and actionable visual reports, and collaborate closely with Manufacturing Managers and Team Leaders to achieve production goals. Participation in project status meetings, production reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives is also required. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires working outside of 1st shift for approximately 20–25 weeks annually.

The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, a working knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems (QAS), and the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
