Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and commercial lease documents in alignment with client investment objectives.

  • Conduct thorough due diligence for acquisitions and financings, ensuring compliance with Massachusetts zoning and environmental regulations.

  • Advise clients on structuring joint ventures and loan agreements, particularly for mixed-use developments.

  • Prepare and manage closing documentation for multi-million-dollar real estate transactions.

  • Support cross-practice initiatives, integrating real estate matters with tax and estate planning for comprehensive client solutions.

  • Engage in business development and networking activities to expand the firm’s presence in Boston’s competitive real estate market.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $150000 to $210000 annually (approx. $12500 – $17500 monthly).

  • Reasonable billable hour requirement of 1600 hours per year.
