Responsibilities:

• Manage and close real estate deals with customers sourced from Redfin and your own network

• Leverage Redfin’s proprietary CRM and technology tools to manage leads and pipeline

• Work with dedicated support staff including transaction coordinators and showing agents to streamline the sales process

• Utilize marketing and technology to grow your book of business and close deals

• Cultivate relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted real estate license

• At least 1 year of residential real estate sales experience or related experience

• Proven success in winning web leads, closing deals, and earning client referrals

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Comfortable using technology to build and manage business
