You’ll be responsible for processing real estate closings and title industry deals, ensuring precision while handling numbers, managing documents, and maintaining client relationships. Experience in Real Estate Loan Processing and familiarity with the Qualia Closing platform is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process real estate closings and escrow transactions.

• Work with real estate loans, mortgage lending, and loan documents.

• Ensure all aspects of the closing process are completed accurately and on time, adhering to the firm’s procedures.

• Maintain positive client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction throughout the process.

• Crunch numbers, manage documents, and ensure attention to detail during all stages of the transaction.

• Work with the Qualia Closing platform to ensure smooth processing (familiarity preferred).

Qualifications:

• Experience in Real Estate Loan Processing, Mortgage Lending, and understanding of loan documents.

• Strong communication and customer service skills, essential for maintaining positive client relationships.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of real estate transactions and closing procedures.

• Previous experience with Qualia in a similar role is a plus.
