The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) organization provides strategic insights and execution on real estate-related projects and services internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Real Estate Project Manager include:
 

• Apply space standards to create design drawings and develop budgets for Advisor offices.
• Competitively bid and negotiate all construction details with contractors and vendors.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Review lease documents for applicable design and project management requirements.
• Manage multiple projects (new offices/renovations/closures) simultaneously.
   

The base salary range for this position is $87,000 - $105,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Interior Design
• 3+ years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
