âš– About the Role: Real Estate Transactions Partner

🔹 Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects.

🔹 Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of real estate transactions.

🔹 Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements and documents.

🔹 Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🔹 Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.

🔹 Mentor and develop junior attorneys and staff within the real estate practice group.

🔹 Stay current on developments in real estate law and industry trends.
