Duties

  • At the full performance you will:
  • Plan, administer, coordinate and direct Real Estate program planning functions for civil works and military customers.
  • Perform the realty work involving projects with significant funding requirements, complex real estate transactions and/or situations that present potential for controversies of a political or policy nature.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with public and private groups, agencies, and organizations to explain project planning objectives and subsequent use of Government property by both private and public parties.
  • Plan and discuss assignments, organize work for effective utilization and for meeting assigned schedules and objectives.
  • Provide technical assistance and keeps abreast of current administrative regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states.
  • The duties of this position may require Incumbent to travel up to 25% of the time in the performance of duties.
