Responsibilities:

The Department of Defense’s (DoD) Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Program works cooperatively with allies and partners to reduce or eliminate WMD threats. The DoD’s CTR Program is implemented by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in alignment with the 2017 National Security Strategy, 2018 National Defense Strategy, and the DoD Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Strategy. The cooperative nature of the DoD’s CTR activities yields a secondary benefit of strengthening international alliances regionally, deepening existing international partnerships, and attracting new partners.

Noblis is looking to hire a Records and Knowledge Management Specialist to support the mission in cooperation with partner nations. Responsibilities for the position include, but not limited to:

  • Developing and administering SharePoint sites, maintaining large lists and libraries, site access privileges, permissions and site structures, custom workflows, and Microsoft best practices
  • Updating, creating, and maintaining records and records management system in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and DoD requirements, guidelines, and procedures

Client Engagement: · Learn about and support Noblis’ client engagement, corporate values, and corporate strategic priorities, including providing input to proposal writers. · Build a productive relationship with your client and understand their structure and goals. · Participate in the proposal process by providing input to proposal writers. Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess a Bachelors degree and 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of NARA (National Archives and Records Management)
  • Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with SharePoint migrations
  • Microsoft SharePoint certification (MCSA, MTA)
  • Experience with DoD 2+3 guidance and planning efforts.
  • Security+ certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
  • Experience working with the U.S. government on areas concerning national security.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and SSRS Report Designer
  • NARA Records Certification and/or Training
  • Experience with Electronic Records Archives (ERA), file plan creation and records inventories;
  • Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills.
  • Active DoD TOP SECRET clearance
  • Ability to work on multiple projects which includes prioritizing, tracking, attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through to project completion.
  • Flexibility/adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with a TS/SCI clearance are preferred
