The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across Astrana Health’s corporate functions and clinic-based operations. This role plays a key part in shaping our growing teams by identifying exceptional talent, building strong relationships, and delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment, and has a natural ability to connect people and accelerate organizational change.

We are seeking candidates in the Los Angeles, Las Vegas or Houston area who can go in-office on a hybrid schedule!

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of corporate and clinical roles across Astrana Health.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, timelines, and organizational priorities.
  • Create thoughtful recruitment strategies that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Drive change management by introducing and reinforcing best practices, enhanced processes, and a consistent approach to hiring.
  • Maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement.
  • Ensure structured, equitable, and compliant recruitment processes across all requisitions.
  • Deliver high-quality interview preparation, debrief facilitation, and offer negotiation guidance.
  • Track and manage requisition activity, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy within the ATS.
  • Represent Astrana Health’s mission, culture, and values in all candidate interactions.
  • Miscellaneous responsibilities as directed by department leaders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or a fast-growth, multi-site environment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for both clinical and corporate roles.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt communication and approach to different stakeholders and fast-changing scenarios.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with discipline and follow-through.
  • Proven ability to build meaningful relationships, influence without authority, and connect people to opportunities.
  • Comfortable driving change, introducing new ideas, and fostering alignment across teams.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
