Description:
The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to source, attract and hire qualified candidates to our organization.
Duties And Key Accountabilities
The key responsibilities will include as a minimum the following:
- Identify and source top talent across multiple departments and job levels.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various channels by utilizing specialized job boards, social networks, networking events and various avenues.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels in multiple locations; this includes posting jobs, prescreening resumes, phone interviewing candidates, scheduling phone, in-person interviews, coordinating travel if necessary.
- Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Develop collaborative relationships and partner with hiring managers and HR team to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
- Regularly follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Track critical recruitment data, produce regular and ad-hoc metrics and reporting on recruiting activities.
- Other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience/Qualifications/Education Required
Educational Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience as an in-house recruiter
