  • Source, evaluate, and interview top talent to support ongoing team growth across marketing, product, design, business development, content, editorial, sales, finance, and operations
  • Partner with hiring managers to define quarterly hiring goals, sourcing strategy, and KPIs
  • Manage candidates throughout our pipeline and move candidates through interview stages diligently and quickly
  • Make observations and recommendations about our current recruitment and onboarding processes to continue improving efficiency and our overall candidate experience

Hard requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a competitive program
  • 1-3 years experience in fast-paced sales, marketing, hospitality, or related environment
