- Source, evaluate, and interview top talent to support ongoing team growth across marketing, product, design, business development, content, editorial, sales, finance, and operations
- Partner with hiring managers to define quarterly hiring goals, sourcing strategy, and KPIs
- Manage candidates throughout our pipeline and move candidates through interview stages diligently and quickly
- Make observations and recommendations about our current recruitment and onboarding processes to continue improving efficiency and our overall candidate experience
- You are a high-achiever who thrives in a competitive environment

- You are incredibly tenacious and are not easily discouraged or deterred by obstacles
- You are a strong communicator and can summarize information in a concise and compelling manner
- Bachelor's Degree from a competitive program
- 1-3 years experience in fast-paced sales, marketing, hospitality, or related environment
