Position Summary

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and bilingual Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment and drive an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires. This role will be instrumental in sourcing top talent, maintaining a seamless hiring process, and ensuring every new employee feels welcomed, supported, and set up for success in their first 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Full-Cycle)

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for property management, maintenance, and administrative roles.
  • Post and manage job listings across platforms (job boards, social media, internal channels).
  • Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to refine job descriptions and staffing strategies.

Onboarding

  • Manage offer letters and hiring documentation in compliance with employment regulations.
  • Facilitate background checks, reference verification, and pre-employment screenings.
  • Coordinate and lead new hire orientation, benefits overview, and policy introductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all onboarding paperwork and system setup.

90-Day Integration & Support

  • Serve as the point of contact for new hires during their initial employment phase.
  • Schedule regular check-ins to assess engagement and provide support.
  • Liaise with supervisors to ensure effective onboarding and performance feedback.
  • Administer and document 90-day performance reviews with hiring managers.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (property management or related industry preferred).
  • Proven onboarding experience with new hire integration and culture assimilation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of employment laws (EEO, ADA, FCRA, I-9, etc.).
  • Familiarity with property management operations and hiring needs.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems, Paychex, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.

 

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $70,000-$95,000K annually (dependent on experience and qualifications)
