As a Recruitment Specialist, you will operate independently within the KTS framework, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently acquire and manage client accounts, primarily within the construction industry

• Conduct cold outreach, develop client relationships, and qualify job vacancies

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process: job briefing, sourcing, screening, placement, and follow-up

• Negotiate terms and close deals confidently and effectively

• Utilize KTS’s AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline candidate-client engagement

• Maintain a high level of professionalism while working remotely and autonomously

Requirements:

• 5+ years of agency-side recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or technical sectors

• Proven ability to bring in new business and manage client relationships independently

• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills

• Demonstrated success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle

• Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize advanced automation and AI tools for sourcing and engagement

• High level of independence, self-discipline, and motivation

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth or lifestyle freedom
