Regional Sales Manager – North America
📍 Location: New York/New Jersey (Remote + Field Work)
💼 Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth market research and develop competitive strategies.
2. Identify, develop, and maintain distributors and key accounts in the assigned market.
3. Plan and achieve annual sales and profit targets.
4. Allocate and manage marketing expenses effectively.
5. Recommend product improvements and introduce new products to the market.
6. Visit and develop end-users, including supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and factories.
🎯 Requirements:
✨Fluent in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
✨3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry.
✨Strong adaptability, high pressure tolerance, and excellent execution.
✨First-generation immigrants with Green Card are preferred.
