Description:

TH Daniels, a global executive search firm, has partnered with a renowned global provider of Municipal Water Treatment solutions to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand their Water Monitoring Equipment business across the West and Mountain regions of the United States. This remote, full-time role is pivotal in driving regional growth and supporting the organization’s broader sales strategy.

The ideal candidate will be a technically adept sales leader with a solid background in Water Treatment technologies, particularly Water Monitoring Systems or Software, and a proven ability to lead sales teams and manage complex account relationships. A Mechanical Engineering degree is required, while an MBA is considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all regional sales operations, including key accounts and channel partnerships in the West & Mountain regions.

  • Own and drive the Sales Revenue Target, creating and executing strategic sales plans.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s reach and impact.

  • Lead and support regional sales representatives, manage existing partner relationships, and seek out new channel alliances.

  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on the organization’s product portfolio and services, providing expert-level support to business development efforts.

  • Report directly to the Director of Sales and contribute to organizational strategy.

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (MBA preferred).

  • Deep technical expertise and commercial experience in Water Monitoring Equipment and/or Water Treatment technologies.

  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving individual revenue goals.

  • Strong account management capabilities and experience handling complex client relationships.
