Description:
Great Strides is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism in Katy, TX. This is a part-time hybrid role that offers flexible scheduling, with a preference for candidates available during evenings and weekends.
As an RBT, you will play a vital role in helping children achieve their developmental and behavioral goals. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, track progress, and collaborate closely with families to create a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
Collect and record accurate data on client progress and performance.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with BCBAs, supervisors, and families.
Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapy environment.
Support ongoing skill development and behavior management strategies.
Requirements:
Current RBT certification.
Experience working with children, particularly those with autism (preferred).
Reliable, professional, and passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.
Availability for evening and weekend sessions.
