Description:

Great Strides is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism in Katy, TX. This is a part-time hybrid role that offers flexible scheduling, with a preference for candidates available during evenings and weekends.

As an RBT, you will play a vital role in helping children achieve their developmental and behavioral goals. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, track progress, and collaborate closely with families to create a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in accordance with individualized treatment plans.

  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress and performance.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with BCBAs, supervisors, and families.

  • Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapy environment.

  • Support ongoing skill development and behavior management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Current RBT certification.

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism (preferred).

  • Reliable, professional, and passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.

  • Availability for evening and weekend sessions.
