Responsibilities:

Conduct surgical services, on the operating room (OR) team(s).
Work within specialized areas that treat open-heart (cardiovascular) patients.
Ensure that sterile procedures are followed, necessary equipment and medications are available, and that patient safety is always assured.
CVOR nurses participate in patient care, clinical decision-making, monitoring and CVOR coordination.
One or more year(s) of current experience within the Cardiovascular Operating Room
Educated on and follows HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information
