Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic, patient-centered care using the nursing process

• Assess and prioritize patients' needs and conditions

• Develop individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policy and licensing

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, high-quality care

• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-care instructions

• Serve as a point of contact and advocate for patients throughout their care journey

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice (Required)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – American Heart Association (Preferred)

• Education:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (Required)

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred)
