Compunnel Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse for ICU to join their healthcare team in Utica, New York. This is a full-time, on-site position with night shifts lasting 12 hours each. The selected candidate will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients in the intensive care unit, ensuring close monitoring, accurate documentation, and timely medical intervention in a high-acuity setting.

Key responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering prescribed medications and treatments, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining detailed and accurate medical records. The RN must also demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure in emergency situations.

The position requires a current active NY state license, BLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Candidates must be willing to float to all units except Behavioral and Emergency Room as needed.

This opportunity is for a 13-week assignment, with the potential for extension based on performance and staffing needs.
