Aegis Therapies, a national leader in rehabilitative and wellness services, is seeking a full-time Rehabilitation Technician to join their team at the Ginger Cove facility in Annapolis, MD. This role is ideal for individuals starting a healthcare career or experienced professionals transitioning into rehabilitative care.

As a Rehabilitation Technician, you’ll provide essential support to physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams, helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, Speech Therapy) during patient care.

• Assist patients in preparing for and moving to therapy sessions.

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks to assist therapists.

• Set up and maintain therapy treatment areas and equipment.

• Help coordinate telehealth therapy sessions when needed.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and patient-friendly therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum Age: 18 years or older.

• Experience: Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.

• Skills: Compassionate, organized, good communication and teamwork skills.
