What you’ll be doing

  • Serving as the program owner for various stages of the customer lifecycle, including customer onboarding & engagement, where you will oversee outbound campaigns in email, direct mail, and SMS channels.
  • Launching new campaigns, which includes: gathering and developing business requirements (leveraging data to drive decisions), obtaining stakeholder consensus and approvals, ensuring Legal & Compliance review of marketing assets/programs, performing testing, developing internal/external communication plans, monitoring campaign performance, and implementing test-and-learn initiatives to optimize & inform future campaigns.
  • Delivering program enhancements that provide business benefits and/or meet strategic goals by leveraging user-centric design principles, customer and dealer feedback, complex technology and systems support, A/B testing, and actionable analytics measurement.
  • Participating in project planning, status meetings, and performance reviews with creative agency.
  • Authoring creative briefs & program roadmaps; and participating in quarterly strategy planning to drive business, customer, and dealer objectives.
  • Collaborating with division partners to ensure enterprise priorities are supported in owned programs, and with the Sr. Analyst, Channel Management to ensure omnichannel alignment.
  • Supporting the Relationship Marketing Manager with ad hoc programs.

What you bring

  • Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS) and relevant work experience.

Added bonus if you have

  • Advanced Degree. Specify: with a focus on Marketing or Advertising.
  • CRM experience, specifically in email/direct mail channels.
  • Experience working with TFS IDS Factories.
  • Experience using reporting & analytics to inform decisions & identify key business opportunities.
