Collaborate with a global 24/7 team of Release and Change Engineers across multiple regions.
Manage releases and changes throughout their lifecycle, including BAU work, production fixes, mandatory initiatives, and large technology change events.
Ensure appropriate governance, monitoring, and management reporting to support delivery efforts.
Perform deployment analysis and scheduling, creating consolidated implementation plans for approved changes.
Analyze risks associated with change events and define mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
Provide oversight for change execution activities to ensure changes remain on track and are delivered on time.
Manage communications, metrics, and status reporting before, during, and after change windows.
Handle risks and issues during change windows, escalating to stakeholders as needed.
Schedule and manage RFB checkouts and post‑change environment handoffs.
Conduct post‑release reviews and retrospectives, ensuring closure of action items and transparent reporting.
Primary Skills
Proficient in fostering agreement and driving solutions through effective negotiation and persuasion
Experience in creating and facilitating executive presentations and summary documents
Experience communicating with all levels of the organization, including internal and external audit teams and risk teams
Proven ability to act and deliver under pressure, and drive multiple programs simultaneously
Understanding of the information technology risk landscape in financial services or another highly regulated industry
In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Office Products
Hands-on experience managing meetings and other result-oriented activities, drive outcomes and establishing accountability
Ability to create program roadmaps, manage the program work, direct team resources, and deliver as per the roadmap
BS/MS or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative discipline
