Description:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agents / Customer Service Representatives to provide high-quality support to customers through live chat and digital communication channels. This role is ideal for individuals with strong written communication skills who enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via live chat, email, or messaging platforms
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Document interactions and update customer records

Qualifications:
