Role Summary Responsible for supporting proper vehicle estimation and internal claims process for Rivian vehicles. This role will require high levels of energy and initiative, independent judgement and cross-team collaboration. Must be able to complete projects in a compressed timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Rivian 3P Service and Collision programs to ensure accuracy of data shared between all key stakeholders
  • Investigate, research and answer inquiries from Certified Collision Centers, Insurance Companies, and Internal stakeholders for proper repair planning and estimating
  • Verify repair methodologies in estimating platforms while working internal teams for validation processes
  • Verify and validate repair costs related to various scenarios, including due bills, internal damage, and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) findings
  • Partner with Service Centers, Delivery Operations, Vehicle Operations, and Internal Fleet teams to bridge repair approvals and rejections
  • Assist with damage disclosures for transparency and compliance
  • Establish workflows to streamline repair reviews and approvals
  • Develop scalable processes to be adopted across all Service Centers
  • Utilize claim software for claims and internal repairs

Qualifications

  • Estimation experience a plus
  • 1+ years experience with computerized estimating systems (Audatex, CCC, Mitchell, etc)
  • Experience researching OEM repair information to identify proper steps for accurate repair estimates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor, strong communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • Travel required when necessary
  • Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment
  • Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and external partners.
