Panda Restaurant Group, operating Raising Cane’s, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Leader (General Manager) to oversee operations at its Kahului, HI location. This role is ideal for seasoned restaurant or retail leaders who excel in people development, financial management, and operational execution. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards, building strong teams, and driving overall restaurant success.

As the Restaurant Leader, you will be the strategic driver of the restaurant, responsible for financial performance, staffing, training, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading a team in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership, direction, and strategic planning for the restaurant.

  • Ensure financial success by overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and profit and loss management.

  • Hire, train, coach, and manage management-level team members, ensuring high performance.

  • Oversee scheduling, payroll processing, and performance management of staff.

  • Act as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

  • Uphold and model Raising Cane’s culture, creating a positive and customer-focused environment.

  • Lead marketing and community engagement initiatives to drive local awareness and sales.

  • Recognize and reward team members to foster motivation and retention.

  • Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment safety, and readiness at all times.

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in restaurant or retail management.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and KPIs.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technology systems.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Flexibility to travel for training and work-related functions as required.

Work Environment:
This is a fast-paced, physically active role involving extended standing, walking, and lifting.
