Restaurant Manager

 

Description:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our acclaimed establishment. This position offers the opportunity to grow into the role of Assistant General Manager (AGM) for a candidate with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and experience in beverage management.

 

**Responsibilities:**

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

2. Supervise and lead the floor staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

3. Contribute to maintaining high standards of service, quality, and presentation.

4. Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial goals and profitability.

5. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

6. Develop and implement training programs for staff, focusing on service excellence.

7. Bring expertise in beverage management, including inventory control and menu development.

 

**Qualifications:**

1. Previous experience in a leadership role within a high-end restaurant environment.

2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.

3. Experience in beverage management, including knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits.

4. Proven ability to drive a positive and cohesive team culture.

5. Familiarity with James Beard Award standards and recognition on top restaurant lists is a plus.

6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

7. Willingness to grow into the role of Assistant General Manager.
