They are currently seeking a remote part-time Resume/LinkedIn Writer. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work closely with clients to enhance their engagement, empowerment, and clarity in achieving their career and professional goals. Resume & LinkedIn Writers will collaborate with Career Coaches, Executive Coaches, Personal Performance Coaches, Client Service Associates, and other partners to implement a dedicated process that enables clients to achieve their desired career and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Write customized, ATS-compliant resumes for all professional levels, including Executive/C-Suite.
• Create various branding documents: resumes, cover letters, executive bios, thank you notes, CVs, international and government resumes.
• Research job descriptions, utilize client content, and craft impact statements and achievements.
• Write optimized LinkedIn profiles and stay updated with LinkedIn features.
• Review and recommend improvements for resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
• Stay current with industry trends and technical skills to align with clients’ career paths.
• Interact with clients via video conferencing, phone, and email, and maintain accurate records through CRM software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of professional work experience
• Must hold a Certification from one of the major career organizations (CPRW, NRWA, PARW/CC, CDI, etc.)
• Experience with ATS software and digital resume platforms, and application of ATS requirements within resumes
