As a Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting store operations, driving sales, and ensuring a premium shopping experience. You will lead and mentor the team, oversee visual merchandising standards, manage inventory, and contribute to the store's overall profitability. Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor, coach, and inspire employees to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Skechers' high standards of style and innovation.

• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and maintain an organized sales floor.

• Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, opening/closing, and operational systems.

• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed performance expectations.

• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

• Occasionally assist in physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes (up to 50 lbs.).

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant environments is preferred.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage operational tasks effectively.

• Proven ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets.

• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
