As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help create an engaging and results-driven retail environment where customers enjoy exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Guide, coach, and inspire team members to achieve sales targets, deliver superior customer service, and uphold company standards.

  • Sales Management: Execute store strategies to exceed sales goals while motivating staff to meet performance expectations.

  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual standards across the store, ensuring displays reflect Skechers’ brand identity and seasonal initiatives.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory processes, stock levels, and product replenishment to ensure availability and accuracy.

  • Operations Oversight: Support scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth store performance.

  • Customer Experience: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring an enjoyable and positive shopping experience.

  • Problem Solving: Identify challenges and proactively develop effective, efficient solutions to maintain workflow and team morale.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 18 years.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

  • Prior retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred but not required.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.

  • Organizational ability to manage operations and multitask effectively.

  • Sales acumen to drive performance and achieve business goals.

  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
