FedEx Office is seeking a dedicated and energetic Retail Customer Service Associate to join their team in Chanhassen, MN. This on-site role is critical in ensuring an exceptional customer experience through personalized and consultative support. The Store Consultant operates at the frontline, engaging with customers, handling print and shipping services, and ensuring that store operations run smoothly.

👥 Customer Service & Sales:
Deliver an outstanding consultative experience by understanding unique customer needs and recommending FedEx Office products and solutions
Handle complex orders, provide accurate pricing, and assist customers with printing, signs & graphics, and packaging
Ensure that all customer concerns and inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
🛠️ Store Operations & Equipment:
Operate a wide range of equipment including printers, binding machines, and shipping systems
Assemble and prepare shipments by packaging goods securely, labeling, weighing, and processing through FedEx systems
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
💼 Financial & Inventory Handling:
Manage financial transactions using POS systems, handle cash, and maintain receipts
Support in completing daily sales reports, bank deposits, and paperwork
Ensure inventory of retail supplies and printing materials is consistently stocked and equipment remains operational
🔁 Team Collaboration & Self-Management:
Support fellow team members and participate in on-the-job training
Follow supervisor instructions and uphold all HR, safety, and security policies
Perform all tasks with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance performance
High school diploma or equivalent
6+ months of specialized experience in a customer service or retail environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Capability to perform tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
Exceptional customer orientation and interpersonal skills
Competency in using retail and shipping tools
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time independently
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
Comfortable working with minimal supervision while being highly dependable
Familiarity with quality management principles and lean process optimization
Exposure to shipping, retail merchandising, or commercial printing environments
Basic understanding of FedEx Office services and brand standards
💲 Hourly Pay: $17.30 – $20.30
💵 Monthly Equivalent: $2,988 – $3,518
