Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver authentic and engaging customer experiences while building strong rapport.
- Use expert product knowledge and sales skills to assist customers and drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately on Shopify and pack items with care.
- Manage inventory, receive shipments, and maintain stock organization.
- Handle customer inquiries in person, via social media, and through email professionally.
- Fulfill e-commerce orders, ensuring precise packing and prompt shipping.
- Occasionally monitor and engage with social media accounts to enhance brand presence.
- Maintain a clean, visually appealing, and well-stocked retail space.
- Assist in workshops and events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Work closely with the owner and team to streamline operations and support growth.
