iMobile, a national Wireless Preferred Retailer operating over 200 retail stores across the U.S., is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Associates to join their Waukegan, IL location. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred to better serve the diverse community. As part of Arch Telecom’s retail team, you will be a brand ambassador, creating energy and excitement around products and services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will develop proficiency in customer service, assist customers in-store and through various channels, and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, accessories, and IoT devices. You will guide customers through their purchasing journey with patience, honesty, and empathy, ensuring they find personalized solutions that keep them connected. The role also includes building product knowledge, using digital tools to showcase network coverage and plan benefits, and troubleshooting devices and accounts as needed.

You will work closely with your team to complete training, learn sales techniques, and develop strong relationships with colleagues across business and customer service channels. The position offers a clear pathway for promotion to Mobile Expert upon successful completion of training.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or GED.

• Minimum 6 months customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred).

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (20+ hours) availability.

• Reliable transportation.

• Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
