Retail Sales Leader

Bonobos, a menswear brand known for perfect fit and innovative retail experiences, is seeking a Retail Sales Leader (Lead Guide) for its Newport Beach Guideshop. Bonobos combines a vibrant, collaborative, and inclusive culture with a one-on-one, appointment-based customer experience. This role is ideal for someone customer-obsessed, fit-focused, incentive-driven, and passionate about men’s fashion. The Retail Sales Leader will maximize personal sales, mentor team members, and help deliver a unique, high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve personal and store sales goals

• Coach Guides during shifts to ensure excellent service

• Execute opening and closing Guideshop duties

• Act as leader in the absence of the Guideshop Manager

• Support expense budget, payroll control, and procedural compliance

• Foster a cohesive and engaging work environment

Required Experience and Skills:

• 2-5 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership role

• Proven track record of achieving personal and store sales goals

• Flexible schedule availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

• Knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• Enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring a team

• Ability to cultivate genuine connections with customers and associates

• Self-motivated, confident, and network-oriented

• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
