Retail Sales Manager/retail Stylist

Description:

As a Retail Sales Manager/Stylist, you’ll guide bridal parties by appointment, providing personalized styling, sizing advice, and exceptional service from first contact through purchase and delivery. You’ll use our CRM (ZenDesk), handle appointments, and ensure every customer enjoys a beautiful, memorable experience. We’re looking for creative, organized, and tech-savvy team players with strong communication skills and a passion for fashion.

Key Qualifications:

Retail management or sales experience, excellent customer service, strong fashion sense, positive attitude, and ability to multitask. Experience with ZenDesk is a plus. Must be available Tuesday–Saturday.
