Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Experience:
  Deliver exceptional customer service, promote Claire’s products and promotions, and help customers find the perfect accessories to express their style. Upsell and drive revenue through enthusiastic and knowledgeable service.

• Ear Piercing Services:
  Become a piercing expert through training and conduct piercings professionally, maintaining hygiene and empathy—especially with young or nervous clients.

• Visual Merchandising & Inventory:
  Keep the store visually appealing with organized displays, neat inventory, and shoppable layouts.

• Leadership & Team Collaboration:
  Support the Store Manager by coaching and motivating team members, sharing sales techniques, and fostering a fun and positive store atmosphere.

• Store Operations:
  Oversee key operational tasks such as inventory management, POS transactions, cash handling, and executing promotional strategies. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Trend Ambassador:
  Stay up to date with fashion and social media trends to guide customers and make recommendations that increase sales and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of retail experience with some leadership or sales responsibility.

• Must have completed some high school education.

• Ability to conduct ear piercings and explain aftercare procedures clearly and patiently.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to operate POS systems.

• Physically able to perform retail duties including standing during shifts, lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.

• Passion for fashion, self-expression, and customer service.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently when required.
