Weaver Partners is seeking an innovative and tech-forward Senior 401(k) Retirement Plan Consultant to join their team. This remote, full-time role is ideal for a professional passionate about transforming and elevating the client experience in the 401(k) retirement planning space. The ideal candidate should bring a blend of sales expertise—either from within the retirement sector or other industries—paired with a strong technical aptitude and a client-first mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a sales opportunity pipeline, collaborating closely with financial advisors and recordkeeper partners to acquire new 401(k) clients.
Overseeing the onboarding process for new clients, which includes gathering essential documentation, setting expectations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
Acting as the primary liaison for 401(k) plan clients and their advisors, offering consistent, high-quality support and service.
Reviewing and communicating plan documents, disclosures, and amendments, ensuring alignment with client goals and the specifications of recordkeeping partners.
