Description:
CodeAnalytiqa Consultancy and Services is seeking a highly skilled Isaac Sim Expert to contribute to cutting-edge projects in robotics, AI simulation, and digital twin development. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about creating intelligent robotic systems and advancing the future of automation using NVIDIA’s Omniverse Isaac Sim, Replicator, and Isaac Lab frameworks.
As an Isaac Sim Expert, you will design, simulate, and validate high-fidelity virtual environments that support the development, testing, and deployment of next-generation robotics solutions. You will collaborate closely with robotics, AI, and simulation teams to build realistic digital twins and synthetic datasets that power autonomous systems in modern manufacturing environments.
Develop and optimize physics-based simulations using the GPU-accelerated PhysX engine to ensure high accuracy and performance.
Create digital twins of factory environments to enable robot testing, validation, and performance benchmarking.
Use Omniverse Replicator to generate large-scale synthetic data for AI model training in perception and control tasks.
Simulate and configure sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, and contact sensors with RTX ray and path tracing for realistic rendering.
Integrate simulation environments with ROS/ROS 2 frameworks to support real-time robotics communication and control.
Automate and script simulation workflows using Python and Omniverse Core APIs.
Support and conduct robot learning experiments using reinforcement learning (RL) and imitation learning techniques.
Troubleshoot issues related to simulation physics, sensor behavior, or performance optimization to ensure realism and stability.
Deep hands-on experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Omniverse platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Python (experience with C++ is a strong plus).
Strong understanding of robotics principles, including kinematics, motion planning, and physics simulation.
Experience integrating simulations using ROS/ROS 2 or similar robotics middleware.
Solid knowledge of machine learning applications in robotics, especially perception, control, and reinforcement learning.
Familiarity with USD (OpenUSD) workflows and 3D modeling tools.
Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills with attention to performance and scalability.
Development of AI-driven robotic manipulators and mobile robots for industrial automation.
Building digital twin environments for simulation-based testing and validation.
Creating synthetic data pipelines for perception system training.
Enhancing Sim2Real (simulation-to-reality) workflows to ensure smooth transition from virtual testing to real-world deployment.
