Johnson & Johnson’s Regional Transportation Organization (RTO) is looking for a Co-op/Intern to support transportation and logistics initiatives across business sectors. This role involves data analysis, project collaboration, and process improvement within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Interns will gain hands-on experience in transportation management, supplier interaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Analyze data to support major RTO projects and provide insights.
✔ Maintain and update transportation databases for transactions.
✔ Track and enhance key metrics for process improvements.
✔ Lead cost and service improvement initiatives related to transportation and logistics.
✔ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiency.
✔ Complete assigned training on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Currently enrolled in an accredited College/University (BA/BS program).
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
✅ Data analytics experience (ability to work with large datasets).
✅ Basic knowledge of statistics for data-driven decision-making.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (preferred).
✅ Collaboration and teamwork skills.
✅ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Proven leadership ability.
