Sheakley is seeking a hands-on Safety Coordinator to support a utility-scale solar installation. Ideal for pros who lead daily safety meetings, coach crews in the field, and keep work moving safely.

💼 Type: 1099 Contractor
💲 Rate: $48 to $54 per hour
🍽 Per Diem: Not available, local strongly preferred
🕒 Hours: 50 to 60 per week, Mon to Sat

Scope: Safety oversight for solar construction activities. Daily audits and field walks. JHAs and pre-task plans. Toolbox talks and orientations. Enforce OSHA and site protocols. Documentation, hazard ID, and corrective actions. Coordinate with subs to maintain a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications:
✅ OSHA 510, construction
✅ 3 to 5 years of construction safety experience
✅ LOTO knowledge and implementation
✅ Confined space training and oversight
✅ Strong communication, daily meeting leadership
✅ Bilingual Spanish preferred
⭐ Preferred: solar experience, Fall Protection Competent Person, First Aid, CPR, AED
