The company is hiring Sales Agent Account Executives to expand its sales capabilities in the Colorado Front Range.

Sales

  • Prospect for new clients primarily by phone; but also in-person, via email, and through networking.
  • Find businesses and organizations that are not happy with the results of their digital marketing.
  • Schedule sales appointments with decision makers.
  • Makes in-person and virtual meeting sales calls to prospective clients. Initially, with the help of one of the company partners or a team leader, and without additional support once capable.
  • Secure commitments from new clients for 1st month of consulting services.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and appointments as required by the company.
  • Submit weekly report of prospects and appointments.
  • Use company documents, tools, resources, and order processing system.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, including websites, search engines, social media, review sites, and mobile devices.
  • Research and identify prospective businesses and clients utilizing online directories; TV & radio advertisers, search engines, display advertisers, magazines and publications, personal contacts, networking, and referrals.
  • Contact business owners via phone, in-person, and email to introduce URWA Consulting and its services.
  • Immediately follow up on company generated leads.
  • Manage time effectively to generate new clients, and support current clients.
  • Work independently after training.
  • Continue to learn about new technology and online marketing.
  • Have a laptop with Internet access.
  • Be comfortable meeting with business owners and marketing decision makers.
  • Give demonstrations of company products and services.
  • Sign new clients.
  • Have reliable, insured transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
