Description:
Duties:
- Locating and securing appropriate venues for entertainers to perform live.
- Building and maintaining relationships with artists, artist’s representatives and talent buyers.
- Negotiating contracts and riders between artists and venues.
- Maintaining up-to-date records in Agency’s databases of contacts, contracts, riders, etc.
- Using collaborative tools of agency to communicate and operate on day-to-day basis.
- Cross-selling other TSE entertainment services
- Research available talent to fit a specific project or talent buyer request.
- Matching entertainers with appropriate venues and audiences.
Requirements:
- Must have an avid interest in music, knowledgeable about artists and genres.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Be comfortable working in a virtual environment using collaborative tools and a CRM system.
- Music, music business, marketing, sales, or related background
- Inside or outside sales experience
