Description:

  • Effectively collaborating across the organization, you will use your technical expertise to support the business success in new customer acquisition and existing customer retention, by providing commercial and technical application development expertise that identifies the appropriate solution based on customer needs.
  • Fostering relationships and managing opportunities with Service Bureaus and OEM's to drive the adoption and subsequent sales of Ultrafuse® filament, Ultracur3D® resins, and Ultrasint® powder. Actively drive creation of end-2-end solutions with additional value beyond material sales pursuing collaboration opportunities between various stakeholders.
  • Working closely with global technology stakeholders and application centers to coordinate internal application and material testing.
  • Creating impactful technical content including white papers, presentations, and social media videos that can be utilized for customer visits, industry presentations, trade shows, and webinars, with the goal of generating additional leads and interest in our product portfolio.
  • Evaluating the competitive landscape to showcase our distinctive features and effectively position the BASF 3D Printing Solutions portfolio as a tool for the sales team.
  • Using Salesforce.com to manage and track projects and sales pipeline, including forecasting, were applicable.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Your formula for success…

  • Technical degree with 5+ years interfacing with customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc). 
  • Experience operating SLS or DLP 3D printing hardware
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Agile methodologies a plus.
  • Highly motivated and collaborative with a passion for technology
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical products
  • A critical thinker with problem solving skills, that is also skilled in project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
