Description:

Figma is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and lead the strategy for internal AI tooling across IT, Business Systems, Security, and Engineering. The role involves evaluating, integrating, and scaling AI tools to improve internal workflows, ensure compliance, and elevate employee experience. The PM will shape AI intake processes, drive technical conversations around APIs and integrations, and guide AI adoption across Figma’s internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define strategy and vision for internal AI tooling

  • Build an intake and prioritization framework for AI tool requests

  • Partner across teams to assess needs and translate into technical requirements

  • Lead full product lifecycle from discovery to adoption

  • Oversee vendor evaluation, pilots, integrations, and deployment

  • Guide discussions around APIs, data flows, governance, and system design

  • Ensure AI adoption follows compliance, governance, and security standards

  • Drive change management, documentation, training, and feedback loops

  • Monitor AI/IT ecosystem for emerging opportunities and risks

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in product management, technical program management, or systems ownership

  • Strong technical background in enterprise IT, integrations, APIs, and business systems

  • Proven track record delivering AI-enabled features

  • Understanding of LLMs and AI enterprise applications

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and drive clarity across multiple teams

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strategic, structured thinker with strong communication skills

  • Adaptable, collaborative, and capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience with AI governance, compliance, or security frameworks (preferred)

  • Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (preferred)

  • Familiarity with identity, security, or data platforms (preferred)

  • Ability to define and track impact metrics (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

  • Must keep camera on during video interviews

  • In-person onboarding required upon hiring

  • Ability to work from a Figma US hub or remotely within the US
