Talbots, a leading omni-channel retailer of women's fashion, is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and build brand relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong styling expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
✔ Deliver an exceptional customer experience by promoting products and engaging with customers
✔ Support the management team in building store business
✔ Assist multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects simultaneously
✔ Stay updated on fashion trends, new arrivals, and product knowledge
✔ Provide personalized styling advice and outfit recommendations to customers
✔ Maximize performance through learning opportunities, coaching, and feedback
✔ Achieve sales and service metrics (clienteling, outreach, appointment setting, and Talbots Classic Awards)
✔ Complete operational tasks such as replenishment, order fulfillment, and store recovery
✔ Passion for fashion and styling
✔ Strong sales and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellent verbal communication skills and integrity
✔ Basic proficiency in technology and store systems (computer, iPad, handheld devices)
✔ Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift at least 40 lbs
✔ 15-20 hours per week availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
