As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating exceptional in-store experiences and building long-lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include providing personalized service, participating in client outreach and appointment setting, engaging in community events, maintaining store organization, and staying updated on the latest product and fashion trends. You'll also help drive business goals by contributing to sales and service metrics.

This position offers a flexible schedule (20–29 hours/week), with the requirement of weekend, evening, and holiday availability. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, move merchandise, and stand for extended periods. Technological proficiency and strong interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
