The company is currently hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate for their Raleigh, NC location.

The Sales Associate will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by fostering a welcoming and engaging environment. Responsibilities include providing personalized styling advice, staying informed about fashion trends and new product arrivals, and working collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals. Candidates should be passionate about fashion and retail, possess excellent communication skills, and be driven to build relationships with customers.

In this role, associates are expected to assist in store operations such as inventory management, restocking, replenishment, opening and closing duties, and achieving performance metrics. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Physical ability to move stock, stand for long periods, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs is also necessary.
