Holiday Stationstores, a part of the global Circle K brand, is hiring Team Members / Sales Associates / Cashiers for their Franchise Store 3577 located in Cologne, MN. As a Team Member, you will be the face of the store, delivering friendly service, assisting customers, and ensuring the overall store environment is welcoming and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will go beyond the register, involving food program participation, store upkeep, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling sales transactions and returns.

• Make purchase suggestions and promote store deals to enhance customer experience.

• Assist with food program operations (where applicable), including preparing and serving food.

• Maintain cleanliness of both the store interior and exterior to uphold store standards.

• Restock shelves and monitor inventory as needed.

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily store tasks.

• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
