Coach, a globally renowned fashion house established in New York in 1941, is seeking a Sales Associate for its location at Macy's Herald Square, New York. The ideal candidate will represent the brand with confidence and dedication, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales through a deep understanding of clienteling, product knowledge, and in-store operations.

Sales & Customer Service
Represent Coach as a brand ambassador delivering personalized customer experiences.
Understand and implement Coach’s Service and Selling Models.
Drive store sales through proactive strategies, client engagement, and consistent follow-ups.
Maintain deep product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offers.
Demonstrate cross-selling and upselling abilities aligned with customer needs.
Respond to customer cues to tailor interactions and ensure satisfaction.
Build long-term, loyal customer relationships through consistent communication and engagement.
Sales Strategy & Performance
Take ownership of sales performance by meeting or exceeding metrics.
Create personal and team sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor and act on local market trends that impact business.
Analyze survey results and implement improvement plans.
Operational Excellence
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom to Coach standards.
Replenish inventory and support stockroom operations and cash-wrap processes.
Handle customer transactions including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
Participate in inventory processing and store maintenance.

Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas Eve).
Competitive hourly wage ($16.50–$19.50/hr).
